If you are considering having a pool installed, we would like to recommend Sensation pools.

We took bids from nine companies for this pool. The last one we received was from Sid Mellon at Sensation Pools. Sid was very helpful and asked us what we wanted in a pool, made suggestions, and told us all of our options. He then took measurements and said he’d be back in a few days with his quote and design.

Sid’s design was exactly what we were looking for. He told us exactly what to expect, kept us informed of the progress, and if there were any delays we were told of them, not left wondering. We were given Sid’s cell phone number and told to call with any concerns or questions. He was available every day until seven, except Sundays. That was family day!

The honesty and customer service we received from Sid and the staff of Sensation Pools was very refreshing, especially in today’s society. Everyone in the crews was pleasant to deal with, very polite, and very eager to make sure that we were pleased with their work. You can see that Sensation takes pride in their work.

We had a pool built about fourteen years ago, and we weren’t looking forward to having to repeat that process. The experience we have had with Sensation Pools has been so good, I can honestly say that if we ever have another pool built, we will surely find Sid and Sensation Pools! You should too!
